Lisa Jackson

Wow, this week has been super busy as I’m back in full swing.  Wednesday, I sent out an email on an online program Chris Wark is offering FREE to watch before it goes on sale at full price in 10 days. I wasn’t able to listen yet to module 2 which was last night but here are a few pearls I got from my notes on the first module:

“Everything happens for a reason and the reason is you.”

“Decisions you made yesterday determines today.”

“All Decisions matter. Diet and lifestyle affects your life.”

“Change the input to change the output.”

Here is a link to Module 2 for the next few hours.

Module 2 “Why You Have Cancer & How to Eliminate the Causes” is online NOW until 9pm EST tonight, here’s the link:

Here’s what he says he will cover tonight:
Module 3: “Implementing The Anti-Cancer Diet”, starts TONIGHT at at 9pm EST
In this module I cover the specifics of anti-cancer nutrition. I will teach you exactly what to eat, and what not to eat, and show you the the nutritional science that supports it all. This is a simple, powerful, proven dietary protocol. It’s super practical. 🙂

Topics include:
– What not to eat: Foods that promote disease
– The most potent anti-cancer fruits, veggies and spices
– The Anti-Cancer Recipe Guide [Downloadable]
– A simple Daily Schedule to follow – Juicing, juice formulas and juicers
– Smoothies
– Raw vs cooked food
– And so much more!

Here’s the link to watch Module 3 starting tonight at 9pm EST:

I would love to hear what you think of this program. I’ve been asked to create something similar, what do you think? It’s hard to beat Chris’ experience as both a cancer survivor and coach to hundreds over the last 16 years.

Right now, my priority is to go pick up my Grandson and enjoy the weekend.
Carpe Diem,
Lisa
