What does this include?
Monthly group collaboration
Fine tune your professional practice and learn from experienced team of health professionals with over 50 years of experience. These monthly 60-minute calls will take place on Zoom and recordings will be sent out after every meeting.
Monthly clinical mapping of client case studies
These 60-minute calls bring your own cases for feedback into the group.
Meet Your Facilitators
Lisa Jackson is an author, functional nutrition and certified Applied Functional Medicine Health Coach, yoga teacher, and retired Registered Nurse with the mission to “Inspire, Educate and Empower” individuals to heal from within. Lisa is a Facilitator for the School of Applied Functional Medicine and has coached hundreds of individuals in navigating chronic debilitating illnesses from fatigue and gastrointestinal issues to autoimmune and cardiovascular disease, cancers, mood disorders and addictions.
Tori Trocki is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) with over 20 years of clinical experience in the nutrition field. She holds a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport as well as two additional nutritional certifications. Tori practices in Leesburg, VA with a focus on digestive, hormonal and autoimmune conditions and has successfully mentored multiple CNS candidates for the last 10 years. Tori has been an adjunct faculty member at Maryland University of Integrative Health since 2012 and has taught courses for the Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health and the Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Doctoral Program. She is a Functional Medicine Consultant for Biotics Research where she educates certified health practitioners how to successfully implement nutritional supplementation into their practice. Tori is married with two children and lives in Leesburg, VA.
