Would you like more creativity, joy and energy? I am so happy that it is March this weekend and I am dreaming of warmer weather! Spring is a time of cleansing mind, body and spirit. Come discover how fun and joyful this can be with our workshop dedicated to all three!

Here’s our agenda:
1. First you will start by feeling grounded on the mat with a few cleansing breaths. Next you will move your body mindfully and joyfully to popular music to open up all of the energy centers in the body. (No prior yoga or dance experience is necessary!)
2. Next, you will return to your mat plush with bolsters and blankets in your most comfortable position, where Lauren will lead you into breathwork to further release tension and old energy patterns locked in the body. You will discover how good it feels to breathe deeply and oxygenate all the cells in your body. You will feel lighter and more energized.
3. Renewed, you will then have time to reflect and journal while being nourished with healthy food and recipes from Lisa’s book, Savvy Secrets, Eat, Think & Thrive; Seven Steps to Optimal Health. You will leave with very practical tools for feeling more energized and empowered!
