As I think of my gratitude list this morning, you are on the top. “Why?”, you may ask.
Because it takes a village. It takes a community. We all have an innate need for each other. (Peer pressure doesn’t end in elementary and high school!)
You are interested in optimal health and wellbeing.
You are open, willing and able to take an honest personal assessment.
You are open to positive change and in doing so, you inspire me.
You are courageous. You are a leader.
You inspire me to do what I do. According to Pilar Gerasimo in her book, The Healthy Deviant, only 1% of the population are healthy and happy and slated to stay that way…EEK!
I am so very passionate about changing this trajectory!! I need you and you need me. We all need each other. Alone, the statistics are staggering. It’s depressing. It makes me want to crawl back under the covers and hibernate until winter is over.
I keep thinking how important it is to build a community of like-minded souls, interested in optimal health and wellbeing. Interested in being happy and healthy!
I ran a local network for seven years for professionals in the integrative wellness space. We stopped prior to the pandemic. I would like to restart this network and invite you, my readers, family, friends and community to join us for a monthly live webinar. If I can build enough interest, I will put the effort back into creating this space. For a nominal monthly membership fee, and a 6-month commitment, I will include all of my content. My 21-Day, KickStart To Wellness Program, The Women’s Health Summit and Intermittent Fasting KickStart content. Cooking and shopping videos, Yoga and breathwork videos. You will have access to videos, books, powerpoints and discounts on healthy living products and nutritional support. You will have access to me and my professional colleagues for a monthly live Q&A. But most of all, you will be part of a supportive, loving community that is really interested and invested in YOU and your optimal wellbeing.
If this sounds appealing to you, then please respond to me privately via this email. Let me know if you are interested and what this would be worth to you. What subjects most interest you? What would you like to see offered in this community? If enough people respond, I will put in the time and effort to provide this for you.
In the meantime, Happy Thanksgiving. You matter, and I am grateful to you and our association.
With Love & Gratitude,
Lisa Jackson
