Groundhog Day Reflections and Announcing Free Summit!

It’s hard to believe that last Monday was Groundhog Day and how fast this year is moving. It is true, the older we get the faster the days seem to fly by. Maybe it is because we are busier and our lives our fuller. I believe for me, it is easy to feel like I can spin out of control, that my responsibilities are controlling my life rather than me consciously choosing what I want to do and where I want to go.

So here are my thoughts on Groundhog Day that is represented with such humor in the movie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tSVeDx9fk60

How many of us feel like we make the same resolutions every year only to break them? How many have great intentions but find we repeat the same habits and behaviors in spite of ourselves? How many go through life mindlessly?

Disease can be a great reminder and a great wake up call. Dis-ease is the body’s way to communicate; a chance to reassess your thoughts, habits and behavior and a chance to do something different.

The more I study integrative nutrition, the more I can clearly see the connection between our gut, our brain, our hormones and emotions. I share some of this in my talk, “Why all Health Begins in the Gut”. If you are interested in hearing more from subject matter experts, then you won’t want to miss this free summit series starting on Monday. If you are interested and don’t have time to listen each day, then you have the opportunity to buy the webinar for a great price until today at midnight or for a little more as the summit goes on. Either way, it’s a great opportunity for education and empowerment, the best path to optimal health!

The pre-event prices of $47 for digital access and $97 digital + flash drive will end Sunday night, February 8th, at midnight U.S. Eastern. They then increase to $77 digital and $127 for digital + flash. You can learn all about these offers on our sales page.

Some of my mentors will be presenting, so check it out here:

Carpe Diem!

With Love & Gratitude,

Lisa
